About Us

  The Seed of Life is a universal symbol which serves as the basic structure found in an ancient pattern called the Flower of Life; the latter which contains the patterns of creation. Our school, Seed of Life NJ, seeks to build on this precept, providing its members and the community a place for growth; particularly in their Yoga practice. Similarly to the Seed of Life, the Yoga practice itself should be an integral component of people’s life; with its different aspects coming together to provide them with a solid foundation. We invite you to join us and discover … The founder of Seed of Life NJ, Steven Porter, is an E-RYT and has taught classes totaling over 5,800 hours, he has held numerous workshops, and is a YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider) member.
